  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.
