Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Once the chili is cooked, stir in the CBD oil or CBD tincture. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
