It’s pretty difficult to sound more appetizing than this recipe for Cannabis Hamburger Steak & Onions. The combination of steak and onions has always been a crowd-pleaser, but given the fact there’s a decent amount of dank in this recipe, it only stands to reason that this cannabis creation will blow that original version right out of the water. And, after making some of my very own at home, I’m happy to report that that is most certainly the case.

The flavors, the simplicity, the potency, there’s really nothing bad to say about this recipe for Cannabis Hamburger Steak & Onions. I’ve made it at least once a month since I learned about its existence, and I don’t see myself taking a break from that cooking schedule any time soon. In fact, I may even start whipping it up once a week, it’s that damn good.
For this quaint comfort meal chock full of cannabis, you’re going to need to acquire the following list of key elements and ingredients:

Instructions

  • To kick things off with this recipe, you’ll want to first get your hands on a large mixing bowl. In it, combine your ground beef, egg, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and of course, your Worcestershire sauce.
  • After that, using your hands, you’ll want to formulate that mixture into about 8 equal-sized balls, that you will then flatten out, until they take on a classic “burger patty” shape.
  • Following that quick step, you’ll grab a substantially-sized skillet, and place it over “Medium” heat. In it, you’ll pour in your cannabis-infused vegetable oil.
  • Then, you’ll toss your patties and onion into the skillet for a little under 5 minutes, per side. You’ll know everything is going well when you see your patties take on a deliciously brown color scheme. And, when the patties are done, simply remove them from the skillet, and place them on a nearby plate, and be sure to keep them as warm as you can.
  • Now, head back to your skillet. You’ll want to strategically sprinkle some of your flour over those onions, along with the remaining drippings currently lingering in your skillet.
  • With a trusty fork, stir in that flour. Be mindful to scrape up some of those potent bits of scrumptiousness from the bottom of the skillet as you stir everything up.
  • After that, slowly stir in your sherry and beef broth. Followed by your desired amount of seasoned salt.
  • Let all of these impeccable ingredients simmer amongst one another, as you stir up the contents over a “Medium-to-Low” heat setting. Keep that going for about 5 minutes. When the gravy starts to thicken, you’ll know you’re ready to move on.
  • When that happens, reduce the heat, and place those previously-prepared patties back into the gravy. Cover up everything, and let those patties simmer in the gravy for 15 minutes.
  • The moment that time period is over, remove the patties from the skillet, plate them up, and enjoy!
