Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork or potato masher
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Citrus juicer
  • Serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused olive oil or CBD oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado until smooth or until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomato, minced jalapeño (if using), and chopped cilantro to the bowl with the mashed avocado.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Drizzle the cannabis-infused olive oil or CBD oil over the mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice if needed.
  • Transfer the Cannabis-Infused Guacamole to a serving bowl.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping vegetables.

Notes

  • Adjust the dosage of cannabis-infused olive oil or CBD oil according to personal preference and tolerance.
  • For a smoother guacamole, blend the ingredients in a food processor instead of mashing by hand.
  • Store any leftover guacamole in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning.
