- 1/2 Cup Cannabis-Infused Butter
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Packages Microwave Popcorn 3.5 oz.

It’s a deliciously dank treat that you can nosh on here and there. Also, the mellow mindstate that comes along with each portion, is a great way to sit back, relax, and lose yourself in the moment. Which, in my opinion, is the best way to watch, well, anything!
Instructions
- First off, mosey on over to your oven, and preheat that bad boy to 250°.
- Meanwhile, cook your popcorn, according to the bag’s instructions. Then, pour it into a big bowl, and set it to the side for the time being.
- Next, in a saucepan, placed over “Medium” heat, you’ll want to melt your cannabis-infused butter.
- When that has fully melted, stir in your corn syrup, salt, and brown sugar, before bringing the whole thing to a soft boil.
- Once it starts to boil, kick the heat down, and let these ingredients simmer amongst themselves for 5 minutes or so, as you continue to stir.
- After that 5 minute simmer, remove it from the heat, and slowly stir in your baking soda and vanilla extract.
- Then, take that infused sauce and proceed to pour it over your popcorn. And really stir it in there, to ensure that the potency is evenly distributed throughout the contents.
- Follow that up with your almonds and chocolate chips, and again, stir everything up as best you can.
- Now, grab this mixture, and pour it into two large, substantially deep baking pans, before topping the whole thing off with your shredded coconut.
- When your oven is ready, toss it inside to bake for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes or so, give the whole thing a stir, but when that baking period is over, it’s time to chow down!
