Ingredients

First, you’ll need to acquire the following list of ingredients:

  • 2 Teaspoons of Cannabis-Infused Canola Oil
  • 1 Pound of Ground Beef 90% Lean
  • 1 Tablespoons of Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Green Pepper Cut In Thin Strips

Usually, it’s just a blending of two popular dishes, but in some rare instances, these culinary geniuses go the extra mile, and toss in a third component just to flex their “kitchen muscles.” And these Cannabis Fajita Burger Wraps are a perfect example of one of those intricately delicious combinations.

Understandably, this triumvirate of flavors may seem too daunting to take on in the comfort of your own kitchen, but trust me, this recipe for Cannabis Fajita Burger Wraps is far easier than it sounds. Plus, at the end of it, you’ll be left with a truly amazing mexican dish chock full of cannabis. And, I don’t know about you, but that sounds pretty dang good right about now. So, let’s stop with this preamble, and get started on this recipe, shall we?

Instructions

  • Grab a large mixing bowl, and in it, combine your seasoning and beef. You’ll want to lightly mix those contents together gently, but make sure you adequately combine both ingredients substantially – just be gradual about it.
  • With your hands, shape this meat mixture into 4 patties that are each about ½” thick.
  • Now, place a large skillet over “Medium” heat, and toss in your cannabis-infused canola oil.
  • Once that’s warmed up, toss in your patties, and allow them to cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side. When they are done, simply remove them from the skillet, and place them to the side for the time being.
  • Then, in that very same skillet, toss in your onion and peppers. Stir and cook those bad boys together in that same oil for a little over 5 minutes. You’ll know they are ready to go when they are nice and tender.

Fill Tortilla

  • Take each tortilla, and in the center of it, strategically place about ½ cup of your pepper mixture, followed by one of your patties, and topped off with about 3 tablespoons of delicious cheese.
  • After that, fold the sides of the tortilla over your patty and other ingredients. Fold over everything, so it’ll end up looking like a square.
  • Following that quick folding step, head back over to your skillet, but wipe it clean this time. When you’ve completed that, place each wrap inside of the skillet, but be sure to place them seam side down, to allow the heat to seal them shut.
  • Then, simply cook these wraps on “Medium” for a couple minutes. You’ll know they are ready when they are golden brown, and the internal temperature of the beef hits a desired 160°.
  • When that happens, remove them from the skillet, plate them up, and pick out your favorite one to eat.
