The majority of people, especially in this country, would say that a chili just ain’t a chili without some meat. And, frankly, up until about a week ago, I’d probably agree with them. But that was before I made this phenomenal Cannabis Vegan Chili.

The flavors, scent, and potency are unrivaled by any other bean-based stew that I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. To be even more honest, when I first took a look at this lengthy list of necessary ingredients, I was a bit intimidated. I wasn’t sure I could tackle such a recipe.
SEE ALSO: Get “Baked” With Some Homemade Chocolate Cannabis Pudding I always figured that when you see a lot of ingredients, that equates to just as many steps in a recipe. But, with this cannabis chili, it couldn’t be simpler. In fact, I’d even argue that the hardest part about making this chili is going to the store. Other than that, it’s a true culinary breeze. So, if you’re ready to test the vegan waters with this THC recipe, you will need to acquire the following essential ingredients.

Instructions
Alright, so once you’ve obtained all of those ingredients, you can get started.
- In order to do that, you’ll first want to warm up your cannabis-infused olive oil in a big pot over a “Medium” heat.
- Then, grab your onion, and stir it in the pot, along with your cumin, bay leaves, salt, and oregano.
- Keep cooking and stirring everything until the onion is nice and tender. When that happens, grab your celery, and mix it in. Follow that up with your jalapenos, green bell peppers, green chile peppers, and garlic.
- And, when those veggies are fully heated all the way through, you can then toss in those veggie burger crumbles. When you do, knock down the heat to “Low,” cover everything, and let those ingredients simmer amongst each other for roughly 5 minutes or so.
- At this point in the recipe, you’ll want to toss your tomatoes into the pot, as well.
- Following that, grab your pepper and chili powder, and season the contents that are currently mixed together in the pot.
- After that, you’ll want to expertly stir in your black beans, garbanzo beans, and kidney beans.
- Then, bring all of those contents to a solid boil. When they hit that boiling point, kick the heat back down to “Low.” Allow those ingredients to simmer with one another for 45 minutes.
- Once that time period has elapsed, you can then feel free to stir in your corn, as the chili continues to cook for a final five minutes. But, after that, you are ready to serve up this cannabis-enriched goodness to any and all of your stoner friends.
