Yup. You read right, fellow enthusiasts. I’m about to teach you how to make some seriously amazing THC-Infused Peanut Butter Fudge in the comfort of very own kitchen. But before we can get to that, we need to whip up some cannabis-infused butter first. Now, sure, you can pick some of this stuff up from your local dispensary, but where’s the fun in that? The entire process doesn’t take long, and it’s far easier than you may think it is.

Make sure to keep that saucepan on a heat source that’s no more than 240°, so as to not burn the bud. After 20 minutes or so, add in a cup’s worth of butter into the saucepan. Be mindful to thoroughly stir the contents together to ensure that the activated THC will be evenly distributed into every crevice of the butter. Now, place some cheesecloth over the open top of a container that you plan to store the butter in. Through that cheesecloth, pour in the buttery contents from the pan. Once all of the large, floral matter has been sifted out, you’ll be left with a container full of liquid THC butter. At this point, you can place it in the fridge until it firms up. But, seeing as how we want melted butter for this recipe anyway, let’s just keep it nearby for the time being.

Instructions
Once all of that is good to go, we can get started on this awesome recipe for THC-Infused Peanut Butter Fudge.
- Grab yourself a handy saucepan (could even use the one you made butter in, if you’d like), and toss in the milk and brown sugar, and stir them both together.
- You’ll want to keep that stirring going, as this saucepan slowly comes to a boil. Once it does reach that inevitable boiling point, let it stay in that state for roughly 2 minutes or so.
- When you feel like that time period has elapsed, you can then take that saucepan off the heat source. Now is the time you add in the cannabis-infused butter, the peanut butter, and of course, the vanilla.
- Again, do your best to stir these ingredients together as much as possible. It’s important to equally distribute their tastes (and potencies) into every facet of the mixture. You’ll want every bite to pack the same, reliable “punch” so to speak, so this step is crucial.
- After you feel like each element is adequately mixed into one another, you can take this blend and set it aside for a moment. Then, grab a large mixing bowl and place your confectioners’ sugar inside of it. At this point, go back and grab that saucepan full of goodness, and gradually pour it over the confectioners’ sugar in the large mixing bowl.
- Then, with the help of a standing mixer, you’ll want to expertly beat the ingredients together. You’ll know you’ve done a solid job when the consistency of the combination sports a very smooth texture.
- Now is when we’ll transfer the contents into a dish. I’d say aim for an 8” x 8” dish for this task. That will work just fine – always has in my experience. When you’ve got that ready, pour the innards of that large mixing bowl inside of it. Feel free to shake the dish, or use a spatula, to make sure the top of the blend is nice and smooth on top.
- Once you’ve got it looking good, head on over to your fridge, and place that dish inside until it reaches a nice, firm density.
- When they have reached your desired consistency, simply remove them from their chilly confines, and place them onto the counter for cutting.
- You can obviously cut these bad boys any way you see fit, but I prefer to go with a bunch of little squares. Not only is it reminiscent of all the non-medicated fudge I grew up loving, but it’s a great way to microdose throughout the day.

Notes
Now, I know I make a lot of these types of homemade edibles, but these might be one of the best ones I’ve ever done. No joke. Not only are they mellow and manageable, but they taste like a professional chef created them – they’re that damn good!
The smooth, subtle salty richness of the peanut butter, in concert with the luxurious sweetness of the chocolate is undeniably delicious. And the fact that these little babies are able to pack such a potent punch to coincide with their top-notch flavor makes this entire batch downright phenomenal.
And you did it all by yourself. I bet you thought making a killer batch of fudge would be nearly impossible, huh? But look at you now, standing before a completed dish full of THC-Infused Peanut Butter Fudge like some sort of culinary genius.
Like I said before, if dosed out correctly, they could serve as a tasty way to keep your high going throughout the day. Also, even though I say this about most of my baked edible items, I feel like these go best with a solid cup of coffee.
I mean, imagine you just fired up your “wake and bake” joint, you have a few THC-Infused Peanut Butter Fudge Squares sitting on a plate in front of you, along with a cup of coffee. Doesn’t that just sound amazing? Hell, if you want to really take things to the “next level” you could toss in a gob (or two) of that cannabis butter into your coffee, and really have a good time.
It’s completely up to you, but either way, you’re going to like how it tastes (and how you feel).
