Grab a mixing bowl. In it, combine your melted cannabis-infused butter, cocoa powder, ¼ cup of sugar, and your graham cracker crumbs. Keep mixing those elements together until everything is intricately blended in with one another, and the contents take on a crumbly texture.
Take this infused crust, and place it in your baking dish. Be sure to press the crust down into the bottom of the dish, before you smooth it out.
Then, cover the whole thing in cellophane, and toss it in the fridge to set. Which, usually, only takes a half an hour.
In another mixing bowl, blend together your mascarpone and cream cheese.
Once those are fully incorporated with one another, you can stir in your vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
After that, in another glass (or metal) bowl, whisk your ⅓ cup of sugar into your whipping cream. Keep that going until the contents are airy, and gentle “peaks” start to form.
At that point, you’ll need to add that whipped cream to your previously-made cream cheese mixture, and softly whisk those two elements together, until everything is looking adequately mixed and soft.
Evenly distribute this filling on top of your graham cracker crust. Be mindful to keep it as even, and as smooth, as you possibly can. You can ensure this happens, by tapping the pan on a surface until everything appears to have settled.
Next, cover the pan with some cellophane, and toss that in the fridge to chill for 3 hours, at the very least.
At this point, you’ll want to grab your strawberries and, starting at the bottom (long) edge of the cake, start to strategically place them in a horizontal pattern, with the “pointed” ends of the strawberries pointing to the right.
Then, begin a second line of strawberries (at the top right) portion of the cake, and place them with their “points pointing to the right, but only continue this line about ⅔ of the way - leaving the upper left corner empty for the time being.
Once you finish off your strawberry “stripes” you will see that you have an open area in the upper left corner. This is where your blueberry “stars” will be placed.
Then, when you have completed that task, step back, admire your American culinary work of art, grab a slice, and dig in!
