Like with most recipes for baked goods, you’ll want to start off by preheating your oven to 400°.
As that oven climbs up to our desired temperature, take that time to expertly grease up the cups of a muffin tin with some non-stick cook spray.
Now, grab a mixing bowl, and in it, mix together ¾ cup of sugar, 1 ½ cups of flour, baking powder, and salt.
Then, you’ll pour your ⅓ cup of vegetable oil into a measuring cup designed to hold 1 cup’s worth of a substance. After that, add in your egg, along with however much milk is needed to reach that reliable “1 Cup” marking on the cup, itself. When you hit that mark, mix it in with your previously blended together flour mixture.
Following that, you’ll want to strategically fold in your delicious blueberries.
Upon completing that quick culinary step, simply distribute that mixture into your previously-greased muffin cups. And don’t skimp here, either. Be mindful to fill up each cup to the very top. Top each one off with a healthy smattering of crumb topping.
