To begin, you’ll want to grab a small bowl for mixing. In it, mix together your confectioners’ sugar and flour. Once those are adequately blended in with one another, you may then cut in your cannabis-infused butter, and keep stirring everything until the contents take on a crumbly consistency and texture.
When that happens, take those contents, and press them into a greased baking pan. I’d say aim to use one that’s roughly 13” x 9”.
Preheat oven at 350°.
After that, you’ll want to toss those baking pans into oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
As that does its thing in the oven, you’ll want to get your hands on another small mixing bowl. In this one, you’ll beat together your eggs, lemon juice, sugar, and baking powder until you feel like the ingredients couldn’t be more intricately intertwined with one another.
When you’re happy with how everything looks, pull that crust out of the oven, and pour that lemon mixture over it. Top the whole thing off with a healthy smattering of coconut.
Upon completing that step, you’ll want to toss the whole thing back in the oven, again at 350°, for another 20 minutes or so.
You’ll know they are ready to take out when they develop a mouth-wateringly golden brown color.
At that point, you can remove it from the oven, and place the contents onto a wire rack to cool down a touch, before you start slicing them into equal-sized bars.
