For starters, grab your baking dish, and line that bad boy with some foil. Butter up that foil, but use regular, store-bought, non-infused butter for this.
After that, place a big saucepan over “Medium” heat, and proceed to fully melt your cannabis-infused butter.
Once your butter has melted, stir in your salt, corn syrup, milk, and sugar.
Bring all of those contents to a soft boil. Don’t forget to keep stirring up the ingredients the entire time.
When it reaches that low boiling point, stop stirring it, and continue to heat everything at no higher than 248°. You’re aiming to be around 242° or so.
When you can drop a tiny bit of syrup into cold water, and a ball is formed, you’ll know you can remove it from the heat. At which point, you can then stir in your anise extract and food coloring.
Upon completing that step, you will then distribute the contents into your prepared pan, and let the entire thing cool down for a handful of hours.
Then, when it’s time, you can remove it from the pan, and discard the previously-buttered foil.
Grab a butter knife, and proceed to cut the batch into roughly 64 equally-sized pieces. And, boom, that’s it!

That’s how you make THC Licorice Caramels in the comfort of your own cannabis kitchen! Nicely done.
