Grab yourself a handy saucepan (could even use the one you made butter in, if you’d like), and toss in the milk and brown sugar, and stir them both together.
You’ll want to keep that stirring going, as this saucepan slowly comes to a boil. Once it does reach that inevitable boiling point, let it stay in that state for roughly 2 minutes or so.
When you feel like that time period has elapsed, you can then take that saucepan off the heat source. Now is the time you add in the cannabis-infused butter, the peanut butter, and of course, the vanilla.
Again, do your best to stir these ingredients together as much as possible. It’s important to equally distribute their tastes (and potencies) into every facet of the mixture. You’ll want every bite to pack the same, reliable “punch” so to speak, so this step is crucial.
After you feel like each element is adequately mixed into one another, you can take this blend and set it aside for a moment. Then, grab a large mixing bowl and place your confectioners’ sugar inside of it. At this point, go back and grab that saucepan full of goodness, and gradually pour it over the confectioners’ sugar in the large mixing bowl.
Then, with the help of a standing mixer, you’ll want to expertly beat the ingredients together. You’ll know you’ve done a solid job when the consistency of the combination sports a very smooth texture.
Now is when we’ll transfer the contents into a dish. I’d say aim for an 8” x 8” dish for this task. That will work just fine - always has in my experience. When you’ve got that ready, pour the innards of that large mixing bowl inside of it. Feel free to shake the dish, or use a spatula, to make sure the top of the blend is nice and smooth on top.
Once you’ve got it looking good, head on over to your fridge, and place that dish inside until it reaches a nice, firm density.
When they have reached your desired consistency, simply remove them from their chilly confines, and place them onto the counter for cutting.
You can obviously cut these bad boys any way you see fit, but I prefer to go with a bunch of little squares. Not only is it reminiscent of all the non-medicated fudge I grew up loving, but it’s a great way to microdose throughout the day.
