So, for the cookies, themselves, you will need:
1Cupof Cannabis-Infused ButterSoftened
½Cupof Confectioners’ Sugar
½Cupof Cornstarch
1 ¼Cupsof All-Purpose Flour
½Teaspoonof Peppermint Extract
And, for the decadent frosting, you will need:
2Tablespoonsof Cannabis-Infused ButterSoftened
2Tablespoonsof Milk2%
¼Teaspoonof Peppermint Extract
3Drops of Red Food Coloring
1 ½Cupsof Confectioners’ Sugar
½Cupof Peppermint CandiesCrushed

Cookie Dough Instructions
Now, grab a small bowl for mixing the cookie dough, and in it, cream together your confectioners’ sugar and cannabis-infused butter. Keep that motion going until the contents take on a more fluffy, almost airy consistency.
When they hit that desired consistency, you can then beat in your extract.
Following that, grab a completely different bowl for mixing. In this one, whisk together your cornstarch and flour. After you’ve adequately combined those dry ingredients together, add them to your cream mixture that you just made in the other bowl.
Then, when those elements are expertly combined with one another, you can cover it up with some cellophane, and toss it in the fridge for half an hour. You’ll know it’s ready when it becomes tough and firm enough to handle with your hands.
You will then want to preheat your oven. This time, set it for 350°.
As your oven warms up, grab that dough, and start to shape it into little 1” spheres, which you will then place onto baking sheets, roughly 2” apart from one another.
When your oven reaches that desired temperature, you can toss these dough balls inside, and let them cook for about 10 minutes or so. You will know they are good to go when the bottoms start to brown up a bit. And, when that happens, simply remove them from the oven, and let them cool on a wire rack for the time being.
Frosting Instructions
Now, in a somewhat small bowl for mixing, beat the cannabis-infused butter you set aside for your frosting. Once you’ve beat that down, add in your milk, food coloring, and extract, beating all of those elements in, too. Followed by the addition of your confectioners’ sugar. And, yes, you should beat that element in, as well.
At this point, your cookies should have cooled down substantially. If so, spread this frosting on top of each one, making sure to evenly distribute the potent topping throughout the batch.
Top everything off with a smattering of crushed peppermint candies, and boom, that’s it!
