The pen itself is about three inches long, and features Rythm’s logo. Something I appreciate about this pen is the light at the end of the device that signals that the pen is in use – the light for this product is the same yellow-green color of the packaging. I was also pleased to see that the resin cartridge appears to be entirely full. After trying other Rythm disposables, this doesn’t seem to always be the case.

Stardawg Guava produces a light, slightly sweet (and slightly woodsy) aroma when vaped. The aroma was light and refreshing. The vapor this pen delivers has an overall clean smell that was very enjoyable, but I was hoping for a little bit more of a tropical (or fruity) flavor due to its name.

The vapor produced from this pen has a delicious, but subtle flavor. As I take hits, I notice a slightly sweet flavor of pine, and also some sour notes. I enjoyed the aftertaste produced by the vapor – it is pleasant and slightly sweet, and a much better aftertaste than I’ve experienced with other resins. It’s clear this pen has much more of a fruity, sweet taste when compared to the aroma.

I took several hits from this pen, and I immediately began to feel a shift in my mood for the better. After each hit, I felt a little jolt of happiness and elation. I felt intense stimulation – my humor was increased, colors seemed more vibrant and dynamic, and I felt an increase in creative energy and interest. Even though I was experiencing a great energy burst, I felt entirely in control and relaxed, with no feelings of paranoia or anxiety, at all. The feelings generally seemed to last about an hour to an hour and a half, after taking the last hit.

Because of this pen’s convenience and beneficial effects, I’d highly recommend Rythm’s Stardawg Guava disposable pen. This product would be great for any user who’s looking for a strain that could be used in the morning to start the day off on a great note. This will probably be my go-to product to give me a burst of energy in the morning (or afternoon), if I’m having low energy levels or feeling unmotivated.
