The recipe for these cannabis bars are super easy, and you’ll be able to stock up for many mornings to come. So, if you’re ready and willing to tackle this recipe head-on, you will first and foremost need to get your hands on the following essential ingredients.

Instructions

  • You’ll want to start out by preheating your oven to 375°.
  • And, as that warms up, take that time to butter up a 9” x 12” baking dish with non-infused butter. But, if you’d like to use an infused version, you can feel free to do so.
  • Then, you’ll want to expertly remove the green tips from every strawberry using a tiny, yet sharp knife.
  • Take those berries, and place them (cut-side facing downward) on a cutting board, and proceed to cut them in half. Be sure to slice each half lengthwise 3-5 separate times, before strategically pivoting it, and cutting across those initial cuts, to create a “diced” berry. Each piece, if done correctly, will look similar.
  • At this point, you’ll need to grab a mixing bowl. In it, mix together your cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, and diced strawberries. And really mix them together until the cornstarch fully disappears, and everything is fully incorporated with one another. When you accomplish that task, you can set that bowl to the side for the time being.
  • Now, in a separate mixing bowl, you’ll want to combine your ginger, salt, brown sugar, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and oats.
  • When those are mixed together thoroughly, you can proceed to pour in your melted cannabis-infused butter, and stir that in as best as you can, to ensure that the potency is evenly dispersed throughout the mixture. Don’t move on until all of the dry ingredients are covered in an equal amount of infused coating.
  • Then, grab roughly ⅔ of that oat mixture, and toss it into that previously-buttered baking dish, and use a spatula (or similar implement) to achieve a smooth, even spread on this layer in the dish. Then, tamp it down slightly with your spatula, in order to compress the contents ever so slightly.
  • Upon completing that step, you will want to strategically place your strawberries on top of that layer, with the help of a slotted spoon. Keep whatever juices are left from that bowl for the time being. Also, it should be noted that you will not want to press down on this layer. Just keep it as is.
  • On top of those strawberries, pour in the rest of your oatmeal mixture, and use a spatula to, once again, press down on it a touch. Also, use that spatula to evenly spread it throughout the dish.
  • Top the whole thing off with a drizzling of your reserved strawberry juices from before, and toss that sucker into the oven to bake for about 45 minutes.
  • When the contents take on a golden brown color scheme, you can remove them from the oven. Once out and on the counter, give the top of the contents a final, gentle press down with the spatula, before letting it cool (on its own) for an hour or so.
  • At that point, you can feel free to cut the entire batch into 8 equal pieces, and boom, you’re done!
