For this recipe, you’ll want to start off by preheating that oven of yours to a solid 350°.
As that warms up, you can spend your time lining an 8” (square) baking pan with some parchment paper. And be sure to make that paper go up on the sides, as well.
Now, in a mixing bowl, whisk together your all-purpose flour, sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
When you feel like all of those ingredients are expertly incorporated with one another, you can add in your apples and apple juice. And really mix up these elements with one another, until everything is blended. You’ll know things are going well when the batter takes on a thick consistency.
At that point, simply transfer that newly-created batter into that previously-lined baking pan. And, once your oven is ready, toss it in there to bake for about 45 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready to take out when it passes that famous “toothpick test of done-ness.”
When that happens, lift the cake out of the pan with the help of the parchment paper that’s hanging over the edges.
Once it’s out of the pan, immediately brush all sides of that delicious cake with your cannabis-infused butter, which needs to be melted, by the way. But that probably goes without saying.
