For starters, you’ll want to preheat your oven to 350°.
Next, in a mixing bowl, you’ll cream together your cannabis-infused butter and sugar.
Upon completing that step, beat your eggs into the mixture. But, only do so one at a time. And be sure the egg is fully beaten into the mixture, before adding another one.
When you’re happy with how that’s looking, you can fold in your bread cubes and pineapple.
After you’ve fully incorporated all of those elements with one another, you can pour it into a nearby baking dish. And, considering the amount of mixture, you’ll want to use a baking dish that is roughly 9” x 13”.
When your oven is ready, toss it inside to bake for about 60 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready to be taken out when the middle of the casserole offers up some “bounce back” when gently pressed upon.
The second you see that, remove it from the oven, and proceed to sprinkle your cheese over the top of the entire casserole. Then, toss it back in the oven to let the cheese fully melt. Which, in my experience, never takes longer than a few minutes or so.
Lastly, you’ll remove the entire thing from the oven, plop a portion of this Pot Pineapple Casserole onto a plate, and dig in!
