Alright, to get started with this recipe, you’re going to need to grab a small mixing bowl. In it, combine your boiling water and gelatin mix. Stir these elements together until the gelatin completely dissolves in the hot water.
Next, grab a completely different mixing bowl. In this one, beat together your lemonade concentrate, lemon zest, and Neufchatel cheese. And stir them up as best you can.
Once you feel like those ingredients are adequately blended in with one another, you can stir in your gelatin from the previous step, as well as your desired amount of tincture.
When you’ve successfully mixed those together, toss the contents into the fridge to chill and thicken up. But don’t leave it in there too long. We don’t want anything to set.
Next, you’ll take your cannabis-infused vegetable oil, and evenly distribute it in the bottom of a 6-cup mold, so as to avoid sticking.
Now, remove the gelatin mixture from the fridge, and fold in your whipped topping. Then, when everything is completely mixed in with one another, start pouring it into those previously-oiled cups in the mold.
