In fact, this would be a great recipe for any starting cannabis chef to tackle, as these simple steps are easy to complete without any problems whatsoever.

But, before we get into those aforementioned “simple steps,” let’s see if you have all the right ingredients needed to adequately nail this recipe.

  • For starters, preheat your oven to a classic 350°.
  • Then, as that warms up, grab a mixing bowl. In that mixing bowl, you’ll want to expertly cream together your cannabis-infused butter and your vanilla extract. Keep that going until the contents turn into a smooth blend of deliciousness.
  • In another bowl, mix together your flour and 6 tablespoons of confectioners’ sugar. When you feel like those elements are intricately incorporated with one another, you can take that flour/sugar blend, and stir it into your infused mixture from the previous step.
  • Upon completing that, you can feel free to mix in your chopped walnuts, as well.
  • When you’re happy with how everything is blended together, you can start to mold that dough into equally-sized 1” spheres, which you will then place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Be mindful to space them out at least 2” apart from one another, as they will expand during the baking process.
  • Then, when your oven has reached that desired temperature level, toss that cookie sheet inside to bake for 12 minutes.
  • When that brief baking period is over, you can remove them from the oven, and place them on the counter to cool down.
  • Once they are cool enough to handle, you can roll each of these delicious tea cakes into your ⅓ cup of confectioners’ sugar as a finishing touch. After that, the only thing left to do is grab a cup of tea, your favorite cake, and prepare to have one of the most enjoyable edible experiences on the planet.
