To kick things off, you’ll want to grab a big mixing bowl. In this mixing bowl, you’ll need to whisk together your melted cannabis-infused butter, salt, sugar, flour, milk, and eggs. Keep whisking those elements together until they develop a silky smooth texture and consistency.
Next, grab a skillet (or crepe pan, if you have one), and place it over “Medium” heat. Then, with a paper towel or brush, gently apply a thin layer of oil in the pan. Aim to use just enough to coat the bottom of the skillet - nothing more.
Then, grab a small ladle, and distribute roughly 3 tablespoons of that batter into the now-hot skillet. Once in, be sure to tilt and angle the skillet to ensure that the entire bottom of the pan is covered in a thin layer of crepe batter.
Continue to cook that batter over “Medium” heat for 60-90 seconds per side. Once it’s taken on a golden brown color, you know you can flip it.
And then, once both sides are done, you can carefully remove it from the pan, and place it on a plate. Repeat that process until you have no more batter left.
If you’re so inclined, you can top the whole thing off with any sort of sweetness that you’d like. You could add a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzling of chocolate sauce, or even another light layer of melted cannabis-infused butter. There’s really no wrong answers here, so just go with your gut, as they say.
