Ah, crepes. These delicate delicacies never fail to hit the spot. They are the epitome of breakfast elegance, in my opinion. Rare are the instances in which I don’t order a crepe when out to brunch with friends. I routinely grab one of these babies when out for a pre-noon meal, but with it being so delicious, I found myself consistently curious as to why this was never a dessert option. That’s where this recipe for Cannabis Dessert Crepes comes into play.

Instructions
- To kick things off, you’ll want to grab a big mixing bowl. In this mixing bowl, you’ll need to whisk together your melted cannabis-infused butter, salt, sugar, flour, milk, and eggs. Keep whisking those elements together until they develop a silky smooth texture and consistency.
- Next, grab a skillet (or crepe pan, if you have one), and place it over “Medium” heat. Then, with a paper towel or brush, gently apply a thin layer of oil in the pan. Aim to use just enough to coat the bottom of the skillet – nothing more.
- Then, grab a small ladle, and distribute roughly 3 tablespoons of that batter into the now-hot skillet. Once in, be sure to tilt and angle the skillet to ensure that the entire bottom of the pan is covered in a thin layer of crepe batter.
- Continue to cook that batter over “Medium” heat for 60-90 seconds per side. Once it’s taken on a golden brown color, you know you can flip it.
- And then, once both sides are done, you can carefully remove it from the pan, and place it on a plate. Repeat that process until you have no more batter left.
- If you’re so inclined, you can top the whole thing off with any sort of sweetness that you’d like. You could add a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzling of chocolate sauce, or even another light layer of melted cannabis-infused butter. There’s really no wrong answers here, so just go with your gut, as they say.

Notes
Other than that, though, you’re done. You just made some sincerely scrumptious (and strong) Cannabis Dessert Crepes that are guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest of cannabis enthusiasts.
Remember, these are still infused dishes. And, while they may seem tempting (and delicious) enough to eat more than your fair share, you should only eat a small portion to start out with, see how you feel 90 minutes later, and go from there. I know that may seem like a long waiting period, but trust me, it’ll save you from a dreaded “too high” moment every time.
Stoned appetite, my fellow enthusiasts!
