How To Make Cannabis Raspberry Tiramisu From Scratch

Ingredients
- 3-5 Droppers THC (or CBD) Tincture
- 3 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds (Toasted)
- 4 Ounces Grated Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 12 Ounces Ladyfingers
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 18 Tablespoons White Sugar (Divided)
- 4 Separate Egg Whites
- 1 Pound Mascarpone Cheese
- 4 Separate Egg Yolks
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water
- 1/4 Cup Brandy-Based Orange Liqueur
- 1/3 cup Hot Water
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Pound Fresh (or Frozen Raspberries)

There’s just something inherently fancy about this Cannabis Raspberry Tiramisu that makes the consumer feel, well, elegantly stoned. I suppose that’s the most succinct way to summarize the amazingness of this deliciously dank dessert.

But, once you see how easy it is to make this Cannabis Raspberry Tiramisu, you may just make some for yourself as soon as possible!

Instructions
- For starters, grab a mixing bowl. In it, combine your raspberries with 6 tablespoons of your white sugar. Crush up a couple of these berries, then set the whole thing to the side for the time being.
- Follow that up, by grabbing another mixing bowl. In this one, dissolve a cup of white sugar in roughly ⅓ cup of hot water. And, when that has completely dissolved into the water, stir in your brandy-based orange liqueur, along with your cold water. Then, just like the first step, set it to the side for the time being, as well.
- Next, in yet another mixing bowl, you’ll want to beat your egg yolks together with 6 more tablespoons of your white sugar. Keep that going until the contents develop “ribbons.” In my experience, that usually takes about 5 minutes. And, when that happens, mix in your mascarpone, and keep stirring it until the mixture becomes visibly smooth.
- Then, a big metal (or glass) bowl, using freshly cleaned beaters, beat your egg whites until they become frothy and foamy.
- Once that happens, slowly add in another 6 tablespoons of sugar, along with your desired amount of cannabis tincture, and your vanilla extract, and keep beating everything together, until sturdy peaks start to develop.
- When you see that, fold in ⅓ of your egg whites into that mascarpone blend. Follow that up with the remaining egg whites, and keep folding it in, until you no longer see any streaks in the mixture.
- Now, grab your ladyfingers, and brush both sides of them with your brandy-based syrup that you made previously. When you’ve accomplished that, proceed to place them on the sides and bottom of the glass baking dish.
- Then, start to strategically spoon your raspberries over those ladyfingers in the dish. Follow that up, by spreading roughly half of that mascarpone mixture over those delectable raspberries.
- At this point, you’ll want to sprinkle some of your chocolate shavings over the cream, then take your last half of your cream mixture, and cover everything with it.
- Top the whole thing off with some scattered toasted almonds, before covering it in cellophane, and letting it stay in the fridge overnight.
