Regardless of the era, there is always some sort of dieting trend “sweeping” the nation. Most of these flashes in the pan don’t have a very long shelf life, but every so often, one seems to stick with the general public, and the theory of Ketosis is one of them. Ingredients

1-3 Droppers of THC or CBD Tincture
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
¼ Cup of Powdered Zero-Calorie Sweetener
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
½ Cup of Heavy Cream
3 Ounces of Cream Cheese Softened
1 Pinch of Salt

Instructions

In a big mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, beat your cream cheese until the contents develop an airy, light texture and consistency.
When that happens, turn the speed of the mixer to “Low,” and proceed to gradually add in your vanilla extract, desired amount of cannabis tincture, and heavy cream.
Follow that up with your salt, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Keep mixing everything together to the best of your ability until everything is fully incorporated with one another.
At this point, kick the speed of your mixer back to “High,” and blend everything together until you return to an airy, light texture and consistency. That usually only requires another couple of minutes.
You can then choose to serve this up immediately, or if you’d like to, you can toss it in the fridge for later consumption. It’s completely up to you. But, other than that, you are done, my friend.
