Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery, and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
