Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cannabis-Infused Butter
1 1/3 Cups Flaked Coconut
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Whole Egg
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour

Instructions

As that warms up to our desired temperature level, grab a bowl, and mix together your salt, baking soda, and flour. When those have been adequately combined, simply set that bowl to the side for the time being.
Next, in a medium-sized mixing bowl, cream your cannabis-infused butter with your white sugar and brown sugar, and keep that going until the contents are nice and smooth.
When that happens, beat in the egg, along with your vanilla extract, and keep that up until everything looks airy and light.
Upon completing that step, slowly mix in your flour mixture from before. Then, follow that up, by mixing in your delicious coconut.
Take teaspoons of this dough, and drop them onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Be mindful to keep each dollop at least 3” away from one another.
When your oven is ready, toss these bad boys inside to bake for anywhere between 8-10 minutes. When they become lightly toasted, remove them from the oven, and place them on a wire rack to cool down.
