As you would with most pie recipes, you’ll first need to preheat your oven. This time, set it for a mellow 325°. And, as that faithful kitchen appliance climbs up to that desired temperature level, you can take this time to gently grease up a 9” pie pan.
Next, you’ll want to finely crush your crackers into crumbs, which you will then set to the side for the time being.
Following that, you’ll want to grab a fairly big bowl. In it, beat together your egg whites, along with half of your desired amount of cannabis tincture. Keep beating those elements together until sturdy peaks start to develop.
When you see that, you can slowly beat in your white sugar, and follow that up by folding in your previously crushed cracker crumbs.
Upon completing that step, you can proceed to fold in your chopped nuts and dates. Then, mix in your delicious almond extract.
After that, you can take that infused mixture, and spread it evenly into that previously greased pie pan from early on in the recipe.
When your oven is ready, toss the pie pan in to bake for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, plop all of your whipped topping into a mixing bowl, along with your other half of cannabis tincture. Mix both of those ingredients up to the best of your ability, until they are fully incorporated with one another.
Once that 20-minute baking period is complete, turn off the oven completely, but leave the pie in there for roughly 10 minutes or so.
Then, when you’re ready, you can remove it from the oven, and proceed to cut yourself a slice. But, before you dig in, give yourself a heaping helping of that infused whipped topping.
