Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil
  • Large skillet
  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen French fries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused oil
  • Chopped green onions and sour cream for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the package of frozen French fries. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread the fries evenly on the sheet. Bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy
  • While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chili is thickened and flavorful
  • Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter or individual plates
  • Spoon the chili over the fries, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Drizzle the cannabis-infused oil over the cheese
  • Return the loaded fries to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and a dollop of sour cream, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the ultimate comfort food experience

Notes

  • Customize the toppings according to your preferences. You can add jalapeños, diced tomatoes, or guacamole for extra flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of cannabis-infused oil based on your desired potency.
