Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat
  • Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, remove the eggs from the heat and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool
  • Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, carefully peel off the shells and slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl
  • Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are smooth and lump-free
  • Add the mayonnaise, cannabis-infused olive oil, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed egg yolks. Stir until well combined
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning as needed
  • Spoon or pipe the filling back into the hollowed-out egg whites
  • Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for a pop of color and flavor. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired
  • Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of cannabis-infused olive oil according to your desired potency and tolerance level.
  • Enjoy Dank Deviled Eggs as a party appetizer or as a tasty snack any time of day.
  • Be mindful of the dosage of cannabis used in the recipe and consume responsibly.
