Equipment

- Wooden spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Knife and cutting board
- Serving plates
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey (or plant-based meat alternative)
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 small corn tortillas
- shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado slices, sour cream, salsa, cilantro
Instructions
- Heat the cannabis-infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Add the ground meat to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the taco seasoning packet and 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
- While the meat mixture simmers, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Divide the meat mixture evenly among the warmed tortillas. Add your favorite toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado slices, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
- Serve the cannabis-infused tacos immediately, and enjoy!
