Whenever I eat at a restaurant, especially a “fancy” one, I like to see what they have to offer in the dessert realm of cuisine. Seeing as how every other facet of such an establishment is the epitome of elegance, it only stands to reason that these sweet treats will be just as sophisticated. Mostly, they are. But for one reason or another, despite how many options a particular place may have, I always grab a creme brulee. And that unwavering loyalty led me to this amazing recipe for a Cannabis Creme Brulee that you can make at home.
Get “Baked” With This Weed Plum Pudding DessertThat’s right, party people. I’m about to teach how to make a classy Cannabis Creme Brulee in the comfort of your own cannabis kitchen. You don’t need a wealth of experience with baking (or dessert-making), in order to properly pull off this sincerely scrumptious recipe. It’s remarkably easy.
How To Make A Deliciously Dank Cannabis Caramel PieNow, before you sprint into the kitchen, and toss on your favorite apron, you’ll need to raid your pantry, and/or visit your local grocery store (and cannabis club) for the following key ingredients.

Instructions
- Okay, to get started on this recipe, you’ll need to begin by simply preheating your oven to 350°.
- Next, in a microwave-safe bowl, you’ll whisk together your heavy cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Keep whisking those ingredients together until they are fully incorporated. Then, toss them in the microwave to warm up for a minute or two.
- When warm, whisk everything up to ensure that all of the sugar has completely dissolved. At that point, you can whisk in your desired amount of cannabis tincture, vanilla extract, and egg yolks. Don’t stop until the contents are nice and smooth.
- Take this newly-infused cream mixture, and pour it into 2 waiting ramekins.
- Place those ramekins in a roasting pan, and gently pour in some hot water. Aim to fill it up with water until it reaches about halfway up the sides of each ramekin.
- Then, when your oven’s ready, toss them inside to bake for roughly 50 minutes or so. Once you see that they are just about set, but still offer up a little “jiggle,” you’ll know they are ready.
- When you see that, take them out of the oven, and place those ramekins (on their own), in the fridge for a couple of hours, at the very least.
- The moment they reach our desired coldness, remove them from the fridge, and proceed to sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar over the top of each ramekin.
- Grab a dab torch (or any handheld torch), and toast the tops of each ramekin. You’re aiming to melt the sugar on top of each one until it turns bubbly and brown. Which, in my experience, never takes longer than 30 seconds or so.
- Give that newly toasted sugar a second to cool down, before you grab a spoon, and crack open the sugary exterior of this amazing Cannabis Creme Brulee.
