Ingredients
- 5-7 Droppers THC or CBD Tincture
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Shortening
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

Instructions
- For starters, preheat that oven of yours to a standard 350°. Follow that up, by greasing your cake pan.
- Next, grab a mixing bowl. In it, whisk together your salt, baking powder, and flour. Once those are fully incorporated, set the bowl to the side for the time being.
- Then, get your hands on another big mixing bowl. In this one, with the help of your electric mixer, beat your sugar and shortening together, until the contents develop an airy, light consistency.
- After that, beat in your egg, desired amount of cannabis tincture, as well as your vanilla extract. Keep beating those contents until they become silky smooth.
- Now, pour in that flour mixture from before, alternating it with your milk. Keep mixing those elements together until they are just about blended in.
- At that point, you’ll want to transfer this batter into your pan.
- Once your oven is ready, toss it inside to bake for roughly 25 minutes. Then, when it passes that traditional “toothpick test of done-ness,” you can remove it from the oven, and let it cool (in the pan) for 10 minutes before you even think about transferring it to a wire rack.
- Then, when it mellows back to room temperature, you can grab yourself a portion, and start eating!
