Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with cannabis-infused olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
  • Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping halfway through
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the sticky sweet BBQ sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all the BBQ sauce ingredients: ketchup, apple cider vinegar, honey, brown sugar, cannabis-infused olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine
  • Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon
  • Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sticky sweet BBQ sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated
  • Return the sauced wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky
