This recipe is simple, scrumptious, and surprisingly strong. Now, I’m sure you’re all incredibly excited to hop into this recipe and get started, but we need to raid your pantry first for the following key ingredients:

Instructions

  • Like with most recipes for baked goods, you’ll want to start off by preheating your oven to 400°.
  • As that oven climbs up to our desired temperature, take that time to expertly grease up the cups of a muffin tin with some non-stick cook spray.
  • Now, grab a mixing bowl, and in it, mix together ¾ cup of sugar, 1 ½ cups of flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Then, you’ll pour your ⅓ cup of vegetable oil into a measuring cup designed to hold 1 cup’s worth of a substance. After that, add in your egg, along with however much milk is needed to reach that reliable “1 Cup” marking on the cup, itself. When you hit that mark, mix it in with your previously blended together flour mixture.
  • Following that, you’ll want to strategically fold in your delicious blueberries.
  • Upon completing that quick culinary step, simply distribute that mixture into your previously-greased muffin cups. And don’t skimp here, either. Be mindful to fill up each cup to the very top. Top each one off with a healthy smattering of crumb topping.

Crumb Topping Instructions

  • Speaking of, to make that crumb topping, you’ll want to grab another mixing bowl. In it, combine ¼ cup of cannabis-infused butter, 1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon, ½ cup of sugar, and ⅓ cup of flour.
  • Then, after mixing them together, apply that topping generously onto each muffin, as indicated in the previous step.
  • When you’ve successfully created and applied that crumb topping mixture, toss those muffins into your preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  • Then, when that time period is over, remove them from the oven, pick out your favorite one, and dig in!
