This time, the product I picked up was Spectra Complete Tropical Indica Cannamist. This mist comes in a small spray bottle with a pump on top. The package contains 100 mg of THC total of an Indica variety. Dosing is a bit imprecise, but according to the package, each pump contains about 2mg THC.
Appearance 4/5
The Cannamist comes in a sealed plastic package, with large print on the front, telling you everything you need to know: that it includes 100 mg Indica-dominant THC, and each spray contains approximately 2 mg. Inside the pouch is a narrow bottle with a pump at the top. The label covers most of the bottle, but you can see the mist fluid inside, as well. It’s a pleasant light amber color and is filled nearly completely to the top.
Aroma 5/5
You can’t really smell much of this product unless you put your nose right up to the spray bottle opening. When you do, there’s a nice slightly floral, mostly fruity aroma. There’s no real cannabis scent, which is nice for those trying to avoid their house smelling. Mostly it smells like a nice air freshener.
Taste 4/5
The Cannamist really tastes just like it smells, and the “tropical” name is very apt. It’s a sort of fruit punch-like taste that’s just a tiny bit sweet. I really like it actually. It’s not too strong at all but does tend to stay with you for a while, so keep that in mind.
Effect 4/5
With each spray containing approximately 2mg THC, per the label, I started experimenting with 4 sprays. I typically try to get these sprays to land right under the tongue, which can be tough to do at first. This is what’s usually recommended because it can lead to faster onset, and in my case that was true! I noticed the effects kick in much quicker than with edibles, like 20 minutes after spraying. What I felt was a nice calm and general mellowing out. Nothing too crazy, but it was a nice soothing effect.
Another time, I tried the Cannamist after the effects of an edible taken earlier in the day started to wear off. I did this in hopes that I’d start to feel a stronger high again. In this way, it works fairly well. Within about 20 minutes, I noticed my high began to perk back up, without becoming overwhelming. I think this being an Indica variety helps in that way.
I’d recommend this Spectra Cannamist to those looking for an easy way to achieve a nice, mellow glow at the end of the day. It’s not really cost-effective to use as a high-dosage product. It would be a nice low-dose daily treatment regimen for those looking for physical relief, however. It’s also super easy to dose for first-timers, even if the whole 2mg per spray idea isn’t perfect.
I’ve come to appreciate Cannamist as a unique way to experience a high. It’s quick-acting, easy to travel with, and can be as strong or as mild as you need it to be on a given day. It’s also a nice add-on to keep your high rolling when things start to fade.

I purchased this product at Nature’s Care. Nature’s Care is a dispensary that originally opened served medical patients only but has since expanded into recreational service as well. Though it’s seen a spike in business since broadening its customer base, Nature’s Care has remained committed to its original patients by prioritizing stock to ensure medical customers can always get what they need. They’ve also instituted curbside pickup for medical patients, which offers a contactless way to pick up products – much appreciated as we go through this pandemic. The parking lot is also restricted to medical patient use only. If you are planning on visiting as a recreational customer, there is plenty of parking at nearby businesses.
Be sure to browse Nature’s Care’s online menu on the sales platform, Jane, before coming. There, you’re able to search for products or browse, filtering by category, and strain, until you find the exact products you want to pick up. Just add whatever you want to your cart, and once you checkout, you’ll set up a time to pick up your goods in stock, or use a curbside pickup. Choose your 15-minute window to arrive, and once you’re in the checkout line, you can pay for your order and go! Nature’s Care accepts cash, and debit with an additional fee. If it’s your first time visiting, you can either call ahead or ask to speak with someone upon arriving, and they’ll be happy to offer insight and information to help make you feel more comfortable.
