Normally, I’m pretty humble about my culinary skills. I’ve had no formal training, and have basically taught myself everything I know through a lengthy series of trial and error. And, having said that, I feel like these Cannabis Chorizo Burrito Bowls may be one of the best recipes I’ve ever had the pleasure of making.

You may have enjoyed a standard burrito bowl before, but I assure you, this interpretation chock full of marijuana is going to become your new favorite Mexican dish, without a doubt. These Cannabis Chorizo Burrito Bowls are delicious, super easy to make, and surprisingly strong.
Now, before we get too ahead of ourselves, we have to make sure that you have all the ingredients needed to adequately pull off this supremely scrumptious recipe.
You’re going to need:

Instructions

  • For starters, grab a very large skillet. Pour in your cannabis-infused canola oil, and set the stove to “Medium” heat.
  • Once that oil has had a chance to warm up a touch, you can then toss in your chorizo. Stir it into the oil, as it proceeds to cook until it takes on a subtle brown coloring. At which point, you can remove it from the pan for the time being.
  • Now, in that very same skillet, toss in your onions, and let them cook for about 5 minutes. You’ll know you can move on with this recipe once the onions become tender.
  • When that happens, stir in your tomatoes, beans, chorizo, and corn. Then, bring all of those ingredients to a boil. When you reach that desired boiling point, simply reduce the heat, and let these elements simmer with one another, without a cover, for another 5 minutes.
  • After that, stir in your spinach and rice, which you will then cook for a few minutes. You’ll know you’re ready to move on when everything is fully heated through. Another telltale sign that everything is going well, is if your spinach starts to wilt.
  • If it is, sprinkle in your desired amount of cheese and cilantro, before serving yourself a hearty bowl of this amazingly potent creation.
